- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Similar experience to the other review, let down by poor reception and management staff with a bad attitude to patients. Long waits for appointments, lost appointments and poor time keeping when an appointment is finally obtained have been our family experience. Was told today that the minimum wait for an appointment was 2 weeks, not because a doctor wasn't available, but because the booking computer was programmed that way! This surgery desperately needs a completely new management team. I've no complaints about the doctors themselves, if you can get to see one..
